Text indention in the Text Editor

Postby ezHelp on Tue Jun 08, 2010 7:56 am

Dear Dennis,
In the Text Editor, the text entered as a new paragraph after a numbered/bulleted list will be indented at the same distance as its above numbered or bulleted list.

I used this command, but the problem still remains: the new paragraph is not indented the same way as the first paragraph in the page and there is some space before it. The text layout is something like this. Please note the indentations.
Note: To be able to show the indentation differences, I used dash marks.

First paragraph
-- Bulleted list
- New paragraph

Somehow, I could find a way to tackle this problem. To start a new paragraph after a bulleted/numbered list, just click on Bullet List/Numbered List button in the Editor toolbar to stop bulleting /numbering (instead of using Backspace key to delete the bullet/number)

I'm having trouble with the indenting - if I have a list of, say:

1. Do this
2. Do another thing
a. Then try this

I can't seem to get the "a" level to indent at all except by using spaces. I've looked for the indent command as a right-click pop up menu, but I dont' get that option in my popup menu. I do get the "link/unlink from previous list" option if I'm on a bulleted item. I'm using version 4.0.415.
