Dear Dennis,
I faced the below listed problems while working with Dr. Explain:
1. Bulleted/numbered lists will displayed indented in the Preview mode and output file but not in the Content Editor Mode.
2. Before and after a numbered list, a blank line is displayed in the Preview mode and output file, while in the Content Editor mode, there is no blank line space.

What version of Dr.Explain are you using?

These issues are fixed in 4.1.435 Beta release:
