PDF generation halts before completion

Postby laddmay on Wed Jul 21, 2010 4:27 pm

During PDF export, the system gets as far as "--Writing XSL-FO template ..." but goes no further. It appears the processor is still running, but it runs for many hours without change. My last attempt ran for around 6 hours before I ended the process. On the previous build, the PDF compiled in about 30 minutes.

The last successful PDF I ran was on an earlier version. I just upgraded to 4.0.423 (I think my old one was 413). Any thoughts?

Thank you,
Ladd

Hello, laddmay.
Could you please send a gui file to infoATdrexplainDOTcom? It will help us to investigate your issue.

The file compresses to around 23Mb, probably too big for email. I don't suppose you have an FTP site? Alternately I can see what I can arrange on my end.

Btw - I suspect it is file related. I ran a small project through without a problem. The uncompressed GUI file is 122Mb.
