The
Tools Menu includes a set of auxiliary tools that are very helpful for professional help authoring: Context Help ID management and project validation functions.
 Validation tool
The validation tool displays up to six tabbed pages for different types of errors and warnings:
1. Duplicated topic/page names
2. Broken links
3. Unlinked keywords
4. Missed topic/page names
5. Missed or invalid Alias/Help ID values
6. Duplicated Alias/Help ID values

 Compacting tool
It allows to compact your project by removing at once all inactive elements: pages, topics, controls.
