Help ID assign tool
 
This tool allows you to partially or completely assign Help IDs and alias values to the project pages.
You can launch the tool from the "Tools \ Assign Help ID" menu or from the Help ID management dialog.

Predefined selection filters

Use this dropdown list to select a predefined set of nodes in the project to assign Help IDs and aliases to.

Use this field to specify the starting number for the Help ID.

This field specifies the incremental numerical step between two consequently generated Help IDs of two topics.

Use this option and text field to set the prefix string for aliases to be generated.
