Keywords are essential words or phrases that are linked to topics that describe their meanings or usage. In a compiled CHM help file or online manual, the keyword list is displayed in a special tab like that shown in the following figure.

 

           

 

 

You can turn on the keyword feature (index tab) in the HTML Template &  Layout dialog.

You can add new keywords and assign them to help topics in the bottom-left Keywords pane.
