Use the 'Tools\Compacting tool' menu item or Ctrl+Shift+C hotkey to compact the current project.
This compacts your project by removing all inactive elements, including: pages, topics, and controls. In the dialog you can specify the types of inactive elements to be removed from the project.

Check this option to remove all inactive pages from you project.

Check this option to keep inactive pages that have active subpages.

 Inactive controls removing
Check this option to remove all inactive controls from the project screenshots.

 Compact button
Press this button to run the compacting routine.

 Cancel button
Press the button to cancel the compacting operation and to close the dialog.
