This dialog allows setting up the structure of your HTML on-line manual or CHM file. You can customize the page header, footer, and navigation. You can insert your logo, global web site menu, scripts, copyright notices, and corporate graphics.
 
The left side of the dialog represents the page layout with clickable sections. Click a section to customize its content or properties. The selected section is highlighted with a bright orange color.

Advanced view

1. Advanced viewIf you are experienced in HTML code and want to see the HTML tag structure in your pages, turn this option on. In addition to HTML tags, you can customize visible parts of HTML pages and extra sections as well, including: Pre-HTML, Pre-Body, Post-Body, Post-HTML. This is useful if you need to embed scripts, headers, or other advanced content into the page HTML code.

Page layout

2. Page layoutThe left side of the dialog represents the page layout with clickable sections. Click a section to customize its content or properties. The selected section is highlighted in a bright orange color.

Viewable header & footer

Select this option if the height of the on-line manual will be automatically adjusted to the height of the browser window. Header, footer, and sidebars will be statically docked to the browser edges and the central content will be scrollable. This resembles the behavior of a CHM file.

Help content  settings

5. Help content ~settingsThis section is accessible when customizing the main (central) content section of HTML page. Use it to specify the dimensions of the help content.

Navigation bar  settings

6. Navigation bar ~settingsThis section is accessible when customizing the main (central) content section of HTML\CHM page.
 
In this section you can setup structure and dimension of the left navigation sidebar. Turn the menu on/off, toggle the keyword index tab, and activate the full text search function.

Use these options to specify which navigation elements must be inserted into the content of your topics.

10. Import from CHM\HTMLThis button copies the same layout and template from the CHM Export settings of your project into HTML Export settings, and vice versa.
