Variables

The dialog allows you to define text variables for your project. You can use variables in text descriptions by pressing the Insert Variable button in the text editor toolbar.

Example: Add the variable VERSION and set its value to "1.5", then use it throughout the project. To change the version to "2.0" , change the value of the variable instead of all descriptions where it is used.

List of text variables

The list displays text variables defined in the project. Use this variables in text descriptions by pressing the Insert Variable button in the text editor toolbar.

Add\remove variable buttons

Use these buttons to add new variables into the list or remove them.

OK button

Press this button to accept the changes and close the dialog.

Cancel button

Press this button to discard the changes and close the dialog.
