Topic statuses

 
This option is one of the advanced features available with the Advanced License.
 
Statuses allow marking your topics in a project tree view according to their completeness level: 
  • Not started
  • In progress
  • Completed
  • Waiting
 
The colored markup provides a visual cue to help you quickly determine which parts of your project are completed. Using the status option is convenient when working with large projects.
 
There are two ways to change status:
  • change the topic status from the topic properties pane
  • right-click the topic in the project tree view and select a status from the pop-up menu.
 
You can also lock a completed topic by clicking its lock icon in the project tree view.
