Export to HTML Help pages

The dialog enables you to create a set of HTML pages which you can upload onto your website and make an on-line help for your software application.

It's invoked by the Generate HTML button of the application toolbar or with Ctrl+L hotkeys.

 

1 . Path fieldPath field

Path field

Use this field to specify the path to the folder where the HTML files will be created.

 

2 . Browse buttonBrowse button

Browse button

Click it to choose the folder to export the project's HTML files to.

 

3 . Index file  checkIndex file check

Index file  check

Check it to create the index file for the project. The index file is usually an entry page of the manual.

 

4 . Open Site checkOpen Site check

Open Site check

Check it to open the created files in the Web-browser.

 

5 . Validation tool  checkValidation tool check

Validation tool  check

Check this option to run the project validation before exporting.

 

6 . Export Options  buttonExport Options button

Export Options  button

The button invokes the HTML Options dialog that allows customizing the structure and appearance of the output documents.

 

7 . Process logProcess log

Process log

The log shows if the export operations are completed successfully.

 

8 . Progress barProgress bar

Progress bar

The bar shows the overall progress of the export routine.

 

9 . Start\Stop export  buttonStart\Stop export button

Start\Stop export  button

Click it to start\stop the export routine.

 

10 . Close buttonClose button

Close button

Click it to close the dialog after the export is completed.
