Compacting tool

The Compacting tool is one of the advanced function available with Advanced License.

Use 'Tools\Compacting tool' menu item or Ctrl+Shift+C hotkey to compact the current project.

It allows to compact your project by removing at once all inactive elements: pages, topics, controls. In the dialog you may specify what kind of inactive elements must be removed from the project.

Inactive pages removing

Check this option to remove all inactive pages from you project.

Active sub-pages keeping

Check this option to NOT remove the inactive pages that have active sub-pages.

Inactive controls removing

Check the option to remove all inactive controls from your project's screenshots.

Compact button

Press the button to run the compacting routine.

Cancel button

Press the button to cancel the compacting operation and to close the dialog.
