Extract setup.exe from the downloaded archive. Use WinZip or another un-ZIP software.

No uninstallation of a previous version is required.

Run setup.exe and follow the instructions. If you need to create PDF files within the Dr.Explain then you'll be offered to install Java Run-Time Environment.

Run the Dr.Explain once the installation is finished.
