Incorrect sort of keywords in HTML Index

Postby KevinKillion » Mon Mar 12, 2012 4:01 pm

In the HTML export, the Index shows keywords sorted with capitalized words first followed by the other keywords.
Sorting is correct in the CHM export.

Below is a sample of how the Index looks in my Dr.Explain HTML output.

African-American
Black (demo)
ConneXions
Constraint
Copyreach
Faves
Hispanic (demo)
INI file
In (active rows)
P$YCLE
PRIZM
Spanish
Switchpitch
TeleDemo
Venn diagrams
Where
ages
alcohol
and, or, not: demo logic
bar chart
beta binomial (multimedia)
cable status
case studies
communication goals
cost per reach point
crossvalidation
cume max
custom color schemes
data sources
database (TVD)
daypart
deciles
decimals to show
...
...
