Opening project
To open your existing project, use one of the ways described below:

go to menu File -> Open...;

use the Ctrl+O keyboard shortcut;

use the Startup screen.
The project file can be selected in the standard Windows Explorer dialog.
Dr.Explain stores projects in files with ".gui" extension. You can double-click these files in Windows Explorer or another file manager to open them in Dr.Explain.
