Text block logic settings

 
To customize a text block settings use the icon buttons in the text block header bar.
 
 
Click the Logic settings icon to open the text block settings dialog at the Logic settings tab.
 
A similar dialog is used for text block templates editing.

Text block preview

1. Text block preview
 
The preview panel displays what the text block will look like with the current settings. The block looks and behaves (e.g. for Spoiler template) the same way it does when exported in HTML.

Use the tab buttons to switch across the text block settings groups.
 
A text block has three groups of settings:
  • Main settings — block position and behavior.
  • Visual settings — appearance of the block.
  • Logic settings — set of logical rules that determine whether the text block should be exported into certain format. Described on this page.

Text block templates

Please, select a template to apply its predefined settings to the current text block.
 
To override the template predefined settings for the specific text block, check the option for a corresponding topic.
 
In the text block template editing mode, instead of the list of available templates, a text field with the template name is displayed in this section.

Export rules

4. Export rules
 
Here you can set a set of logical rules to configure when the text block will be included or excluded from the exported document. This section of settings works the same way as topic's export conditions.

Press the button to accept all changes and close the dialog.
